1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ez4 online betting platform, including the website at ez4.onl, the mobile app, and all services offered by ez4. This document should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ez4, all of which constitute the entire agreement between you and our platform.

By accessing or using any ez4 service — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the ez4 platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ez4's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank details for identity verification (KYC) purposes. ez4 reserves the right to request additional documents such as a copy of your ID, utility bill, or bank statement for verification.

KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a protective measure to ensure the security of your account and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

3Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ez4 platform. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or bank details — is a serious violation of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party.
• Ez4 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account should you fail to keep your password confidential.
• If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact the ez4 support team immediately.
• Balance transfers between player accounts are strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Ez4 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other major local banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Deposit funds must originate from a bank account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Ez4 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes for local Malaysian bank methods on standard business days.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Withdrawal funds will only be transferred to the bank account registered and verified in the player's name.
• Ez4 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or additional verification if required.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Ez4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically set between 15x and 35x depending on the bonus type. The exact requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Ez4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Ez4 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bonus if there are indications of promotion abuse or suspicious activity.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the ez4 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sports, and number games — have specific rules that players must follow. The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• Game results are final once completed. No appeals may be made against concluded game results unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• Should a technical issue occur while a game is in progress, the round in question may be voided and the bet returned to the player.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot and casino game is as set by the respective game provider and can be verified in the game information.
• For sports betting and e-sports, all odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. Odds may change until the bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez4 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including attempts to meet wagering requirements using low-risk strategies that violate the intent of the promotion.
• Collusion between players in games involving direct competition.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of the ez4 platform.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about ez4 to the public.

8Limitation of Liability

Ez4 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees or warranties regarding uninterrupted continuity of service. The following limitations of liability apply:

• Ez4 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity on the platform, technical disruptions beyond ez4's control, or the player's own business decisions.
• Ez4 is not responsible for losses resulting from the failure of third parties such as game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.
• Ez4's maximum liability to a player in any situation is limited to the total amount of the player's most recent deposit made within the 30 days prior to the incident.
• Ez4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Ez4 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Suspicious activity or indicators of fraud.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player (self-exclusion option).

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting the ez4 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the player after the required verification process, subject to no outstanding restrictions or claims.

For accounts closed due to a breach of Terms, ez4 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and unwithdrawn wins.

10Amendments to These Terms

Ez4 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to registered players at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The date of the latest amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the ez4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting the ez4 support team.
